URGENT ACTION ALERT: MOBILIZE AGAINST SHARIA LAW IN THE UK

Posting this here, and link to site at bottom. If you are in UK the contact info on the March 7, 2009 demonstration is listed.

I will be posting more on this through out this week, as well as several other important notices, such as one loon pedophile in Saudi saying its alright to force ten year old girls into marriage [I REFUSE to give this pedophile/child rapist any respect of naming him by title].

Update on forced marriages in UK and through out Europe, and a demand from Western feminists as to Why they are silently condoning or making weak excuses to NOT confront the increasing death-hate warfare against the world's women, regardless of what race they are,

NO WOMAN should suffer at the hands of despots who in the name of religion make their lives on earth a living hell.

EDIT: Actually, I'll post the link here to one site I read weekly, she reports diligently on women's issues under Islamic laws and I have much respect for her and her website. I believe her site should be MANDATORY reading for every college student ESPECIALLY in gender studies, see link: http://thewomenofislam.blogspot.com/

and every woman professing social justice [in far left esp] really needs to be Educated, in these issues. Unfortunately, there are many feminists, in their Ignorance, who spew counter attacks, often beforehand, that basically sums up to this,

any criticism of abuse/rape/trafficking of women is a imperialist-white-racist measure. This is, of course, to the benefit to the very systems that do legitimize and sanction the abuse of women/girls. It benefits NO WOMAN, REGARDLESS OF RACE, RELIGION, AGE, CLASS OR SYSTEM IN WHICH SHE LIVES.

These so called feminists, I believe, personally, are simply tools of some far left extremists who in their political agenda, especially against Israel[Jews, not just Israel], and against the West in general, to silence or to persuade women/the public that Any criticism or honest portrayal of the reality in which so many live, is just some rhetoric from the right wing, or that the criticism is unjustified, or racist.

Its a clever tool that has, sadly, worked. And it will continue to work as long as those who know choose the path of cowardice. What is SO DANGEROUS about these deceivers is that they will be very vocal against abuse of women IF its abuse at the hands of white men or western men...or Christian/Jewish men, if its abuse by leftists [far left esp] or Muslims or STATE systems that are theocratic, they are very hush hush and hide behind all sorts of twisted cultural relativisms, often citing 'culture' as the excuse.

Its simple folks--when you have a PATTERN OF HORRID ABUSES AGAINST WOMEN UNDER THEOCRATIC STATES ACROSS THE WORLD AND IN THOSE SMALL COMMUNITIES its not just culture, and one would have to be a complete IDIOT to believe it is or to hide behind that excuse. When there are TEXTS that sanction, condone, and even Order

1. rape of women
2. forced marriages
3. slavery and over one hundred times [meaning, that slavery is the goal and is justified due to their being 'supreme']
4. that women or other beliefs are Inferior

that isn't just culture, THAT'S A PROBLEM. And there is no way, you can create a just world with Universal human rights and you Surely aren't going to be able to create any kind of socialist world [because Marx himself declared women's equal rights and that included NOT to be slaves to men],

and think, you can compromise and allow a doctrine of slavery, misogyny, extreme nationalism or supremacy [religious or race, doesn't matter] to thrive--

THE TWO ARE SIMPLY INCOMPATIBLE.

It is time to put aside political differences and start demanding an end to the barbarism, medievalism, SLAVERY AND SLAVERY OF WOMEN, SEX SLAVERY OF WOMEN/GIRLS, with absolutely NO EXCUSES,

under religious creeds, PERIOD.

No tolerance, until we do that,

any fight towards social justice, including economic, is futile.

Most of all, its hypocrisy at its worst.

As far as I'm concerned, today its about the war between good and evil, what is evil is being put out as good, what is good and wholesome is being put out as backwards and evil.

The scary thing is, that so many young liberals are being duped into this way of thinking...the deception is rampant.

But it is, because apathy and indifference has been for far too long, been allowed to flourish unchallenged, for the sake of gaining material wealth. We have become a world so desensitized to violence,

its a shame really, that it takes Sharia coming to England for European women to wake up,

and maybe not enough of them. I'm willing to say that in America, many women would be lining up for their own stonings and fgms just to show solidarity or to get affirmation from certain groups/races/followings. And they would do so I would safely bet, in the name of some twisted feminism or

socialism/communism.

Basically, its this, for those who can still see that there is something very wrong with legalized rape, stoning of women, butchering little girls in the name of some twisted family honor,

that SLAVERY is wrong, [Sudan, for example] and that Just because its religious warlords and not Capitalist in suits doesn't make that slavery any less than horrid, children in chains is just that, children in chains.

IF, IF we believe that, then we need to stand UP to the UN and say, Hell no, we Won't be silenced,

under NO gods, under NO government, under NO system, should we be tolerant to the worst inhumane human right abuses there is.

Any Means Necessary to end the tyranny once and for all,

March 7 in London: A day against Sharia Law and Religious-based courts

Thought me and my friends were the only ones until you came on 5Live the other day. Never thought my generation would ever come with such a creative group. So long as you are not anti-Muslim, I'm with you.

Standing up against faith based "justice" is brave and necessary. Thank you for your campaign.

You have to win this for our children.

These are only some of the thousands of messages we have received from people in Britain and across the world in support of One Law for All Campaign against Sharia Law in Britain since our launch at the House of Lords on December 10, 2008 – International Human Rights Day. In less than a month, the campaign has mobilised the support of many well known personalities and organisations and gathered over 5,000 signatures.

Since then, we have been busy organising for International Women's Day. On Saturday, March 7, 2009 we plan to hold a symbolic demonstration from 3:30 to 4:30pm in the Northern Terrace of Trafalgar Square (we will be organising for a mass demonstration in November), then march from 4:30 to 5:30pm from there to Conway Hall and end with a public meeting entitled ‘Sharia Law, Sexual Apartheid and Women's Rights’ from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Conway Hall is at 25 Red Lion Square WC1R 4RL (nearest underground Holborn).

This is your chance to voice your opposition to Sharia law and all religious-based tribunals in Britain and elsewhere, demand one secular law and full citizenship rights for all, demand an end to cultural relativism and racism, and defend universal rights.

From now until March 7, we are looking to you to help towards the March 7 event by pledging to come yourself if you can, mobilising others to do so, fundraising or donating towards the activities we have planned (you can send a cheque or go through paypal via our website), by volunteering to help – including by organising public meetings in your area so we can come and speak, or by mentioning our campaign in the media.

At the public meeting, we also hope to award the best entries in our art competition (including film, animation and photography) defending one law for all and opposing Sharia and religious-based tribunals with prizes so if you know of any artists or art students who may be interested please pass this information on. You can find out more on all of these on our website, which will be updated regularly. We will also keep you informed of the legal or legislative changes we aim to bring at the upcoming public meeting.

We know we have a huge fight ahead and can only win if we do this together. We have no choice but to mobilise a mass anti-racist movement that defends people's rights and lives and gives them precedence over culture and religion. As one of our supporters said, we have to win this for our children.

To find out more information, volunteer, donate or register for the public meeting visit our website, call me at 07719166731 or email us. You can also download the booking form from our site or ask for one via email.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes for the New Year

I would like to thank you for mentioning my blog and website ( http://thewomenofislam.info and http://thewomenofislam.blogspot.com ) I am quite concerned about the abuse of women in Islamic countries and the world over. In fact, back in March of 2008 I received a threat via email telling me that if I did not remove my blog (at the time I had no web domain) then a fatwah would be issued against me (it was unclear what the author meant.) I turned it over to appropriate authorities who were subsequently able to assure me that I and my family were safe. Rather than pulling my blog, a friend bought a domain and up went a full website. HOWEVER, I will continue to maintain the blog on it's current location because, for some women in the middle east, my domain name would be blocked whereas blogspot.com is not blocked.

How sad it is that so many women still live in fear and under the oppression of Shari'ah law. Keep up the good work! What you are doing is phenominal.

Sincerely,
-LDM the women of Islam

You are welcome,

they do target women, well, anyone who critiques the abuse of women under Islam [and women who critique abuse of women period, its not unusual, sadly, that women from all political/feminist walks of life, even those I may not concur with, receive rape threats, death threats, threats to family, what is called Cyber terrorism, to silence them]. Numerous women's blogs have pulled down because of,

and that just goes to show how widespread misogyny is, and its not just the Islamists,

I've seen right wing men threaten and harass feminist blogs too. Any time a woman confronts rape, abuse, violence against women,

she immediately becomes a target. If they can intimidate her they win,

but I have found too, that often times, when they realize it won't work, they stop. They resurface [or some other nut case] again later,

sometimes they don't, so, for women its even more concerning and risky...

but I hang on to this, even if we retreat and silence ourselves and hide,

they still seek out, abuse, rape, kill women world over. So, we have to continue in the good fight,

the most painful thing though, I have found, is that so many women/feminists have caved in to the Islamist threats,

to the fear, to the pressures and lies of cultural relativism [especially in the left] and under the tool of what I call 'exile',

meaning, the nationalists, leftists, women haters who are in alliance with Islamists, and not just Islamists but race nationalists,

immediately and diligently accused/attacked women's rights advocates of 'racism' or of being western imperialist,

they often used their 'token' women to do those accusations which caused a severe backlash and feminists in the west fell for it.

Not just in women's rights but in human rights/especially confronting global slavery.

What these women who have caved in or over time have rationalized evil/enslavement of women have failed to remember,

is that, silence gives consent.

One ex-Muslim woman who writes occasionally, I think put it in a very good perspective too, she stated that often times, Western women don't confront Islamism [or other abuses in other countries] because of,

geographical racism. That, they simply just believe that women of color prefer to be treated as cattle, that they are inferior in intellect and simply don't want better,

so, they rationalize using that racist logic. And ironically, its usually those women who do that, who hide behind the multi-cultural lie that they are tolerant or 'understanding' because they dare not be racist in challenging 'cultural' norms and mores.

Its hypocrisy 101 to perfection.

I remind myself, when I feel despair or despondent, those times I just say, whats the use,

that, the logic used today to either be tolerant or indifferent to the suffering of millions of women, especially under Islamism,

is the exact same excuses used during the days of slavery of African Americans, by the indifferent, the racists, the slave owners...that, the slaves were just savages and animals that were inferior and that slavery was ordained.

The ending of slavery, didn't come about through talks or through eventual enlightenment, or by some benevolence and changing and modernizing of the hearts of slave owners/supporters,

by no means. It came through advocacy, underground railroads, resistance including Revolt by slaves and abolitionists and

civil war.

The twisted thing today, is that the anti-racists [or those who lay claim to that], are doing EXACTLY

what our ancestors did [those who supported slavery]...and to those feminists who say,

that we, especially we white women, have no business saying anything about women of color and the abuse they suffer, because of the history of whites,

I'll state this,

wrong. If anything, we, as white women, knowing our ancestor's history and the hell/suffering caused to so many,

HAVE A DUTY, TO BE VOCAL AND CONFRONT AND YES, WAR,

AGAINST SLAVERY TODAY. And, today's number one market of slaves,

is

women.

Under, tragically, the sanction of theocratic states, under extreme misogyny, under economies, under indifference and yes, under racism.

We have a duty...an obligation, to them, to ourselves,

and to our ancestors, either righting the wrongs then, or by, never forgetting, the slavery in the West, and the pain that so many still suffer because of that institution.

When I hang onto that, it helps me, a lot...

and your blog, and a few others, have not only inspired me, they have given me courage. To continue on,

I too, want to say, what you are doing is phenominal as well and saving lives,

creating awareness and not only that,

but being an encouragement for diligence, for those like me, who have just started blogging on these issues.
