Corporations and those in China of course [where this little lead problem got started thank you Free Trade] will have the money and loopholes to afford such testing, which costs about no joke, $1,000 for each garment, for every thing ON that garment,

meaning, little ole grandma that knits baby hats and sells at a Craft sale for $5.oo will now have to pay around $600.00 or more to have that ONE hat tested by a third party lead tester/and for other chemicals.

Thrift stores will be exempt from testing [after numerous complaints] BUT not exempt from prosecution.

elderly, even if you see at a garage sale. You could be fined and put in prison.
